BENKEI
Factory manager:Yasushi Tsuruoka
It should be used as a new version Myanmar brick.
BENKEI is a product based on JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards). It can be used where strength is required because it has space for reinforcing bars both vertically and horizontally.
Vertical and Horizontal rebar + BENKEI
BENKEI has 18 different types with different shapes and thicknesses for Horizontal type, Vertical type, Corner type, etc., depending on where they are used.

Reinforcement can be installed and concrete poured.
Normal concrete blocks are reinforced only vertically and used as partition walls. BENKEI" is reinforced vertically and horizontally, and can be used as a building structure by being used as a structural wall.
Reinforced Concrete Block
A balanced arrangement of BENKEI's walls will allow for simple planning that is resistant to earthquakes and free of columns.
Chief engineer:Hiroshi Sasahara
BENKEI walls with reinforcing bar are very strong.
Buildings constructed with BENKEI STRUCTURE, which is reinforced vertically and horizontally, are more resistant to earthquakes. This standard is recognized by Japanese law.
Reinforced Concrete Block
Since BENKEI STRUCTURE is not yet widespread in Myanmar, JCE plans to adopt this construction method for "Karuzawa homes" and specify it.
Chief Designer:Nay yee yee win
BENKEI STRUCTURE is earthquake-resistant in Japan
This illustration shows the BENKEI STRUCTURE for Karuizawa Homes.
It has partially modified to suit the Myanmar environment.
Reinforced Concrete Block
The inverted beam solid foundation method is a very high-grade and stable foundation that is adapted to the ground in Myanmar.

BENKEI also has excellent thermal insulation
In order to stay comfortable inside the house, it is necessary to keep outside temperatures inside. BENKEI has a hollow which makes it a better insulator than ordinary walls.
Insulation performance is important
Experiments have shown that glass windows are responsible for depriving air conditioners of cold air and bringing in outside temperatures.
